Return Policy – Quality & Arts studios
At Quality & Arts studios, we take pride in delivering high-quality printed apparel and manufactured garments. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. Please review our return policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Custom Orders & Printed Apparel
Due to the nature of custom-printed and personalized products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom-printed items unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
The item received has a printing error that differs from the approved design proof.
There is a manufacturing defect such as fabric flaws, incorrect sizing (if different from the order), or improper stitching.
The order received does not match the quantity, style, or color specified in your invoice.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
If you believe your order qualifies for a return or exchange, follow these steps:
Email us at info@qualityandartsstudios.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Attach photos as proof of the defect or error.
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with further instructions.
If approved, we will provide return shipping details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our part.
4. Refund & Replacement Policy
If the return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or printing error, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds will only be issued in cases where a replacement is not possible.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Custom-printed apparel that matches the approved design proof.
Items damaged due to improper handling, washing, or regular wear and tear.
Orders returned without prior authorization.
6. Cancellations & Order Modifications
Orders can be canceled or modified before the production process . After this period, the order moves into production and cannot be changed. Also deductibles my vary depending on the amount of work done.
