In this step, we determine the technical requirements of your project, such as selecting between lower or higher-quality garments and identifying if you require a custom cut-to-size solution.
2.Quote
Once we have established the direction for your project, we provide a tailored quote based on the print process and garment quality you select.
3.Set-up
Once the deposit for the quote is received, we will begin the setup process to ensure the highest quality print based on your selected printing method. The setup will remain on-site for future projects, depending on the setup plan you choose.
4.Sample
Once the initial setup is complete and samples are created, we will send you a picture of your sample via mail, text message, or email for your approval. If preferred, a physical sample can also be mailed upon request. Your approval is essential for us to proceed with the production process, ensuring that the final product meets your expectations.
5.approval
At this stage, all changes and edits must be finalized to ensure the final product aligns perfectly with your vision. This is the last opportunity to refine details, adjust designs, or make any necessary modifications. Once production begins, no further changes can be accommodated, as the process will be fully set in motion to deliver the highest-quality results efficiently and accurately.
6.production
The production turnaround time typically ranges from 5 to 20 business days, depending on the order quantity and the specific printing process involved. This timeframe officially begins once we receive the blank garments by mail. If any additional time is required, we will promptly inform the customer to ensure transparency and proper expectations.
7.quality control
The quality control process begins once all garments have been printed, ensuring they align with the provided design specifications.
8.delivery
The delivery of your garments will be scheduled and organized based on your preferred method of shipment. We understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to receiving their orders, so we will ensure that your garments are delivered using the most convenient and suitable option for you. Whether you prefer standard shipping, expedited delivery, or a specific carrier, we will accommodate your choice to make sure the process is as smooth and efficient as possible.
